The Adventist Discharge app will allow you to receive your doctor's discharge instructions from Adventist Medical Center - Portland, straight to your cell phone. Your doctor can video him or herself describing your diagnoses, treatment, follow up plans and medications; this video can then go straight to your phone for you or your family to view later as many times as needed.
Requires iOS 8.1 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
